McGarity Gilmore Forrester Architects Inc. is the product of a 1995 merger of two established Spartanburg, South Carolina firms, Westmoreland McGarity Pitts Architects, Inc. with 37 years of independent practice and O'Cain Gilmore Forrester with 22 years. We attribute our respective histories of successful practice to providing quality service; responsive, innovative design; accurate documents that minimize construction change orders; and attention to budgets and schedules. Since the merger, our collective capabilities and resources have positioned us to respond to a more diverse client base with expanded services.
